About this site
Paw Prints & Paperbacks is a personal blog sharing book recommendations, rescue animal stories, and everyday life. It is offered for enjoyment and information.
Our words and photos
The writing and photographs here belong to us. Please do not republish them as your own. Linking to a post, or sharing it on social media, is always welcome and appreciated.
About fostering and adoption
We are volunteer foster carers. The animals shown here are in the care of Wake County Animal Center, and all adoptions go through the shelter under their process and their fees. Anything we mention about fees or availability can change, so always check with the shelter for the current details.
Links to other places
We link to other websites, such as the shelter and our social accounts. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
No guarantees
We share our honest experience, but we cannot promise everything here is complete or error free. Please use your own judgment, especially for anything involving animal health or care.
The shop
Our shop is not open yet. When it opens, terms covering orders, shipping, and returns will be added to this page.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
